Shipping of Physical Artwork
​
Shipping is available within the Netherlands and internationally. Your artwork will be packaged as safely and as sustainably as possible. Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the order and are calculated at checkout for deliveries within the EU.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, please get in touch to receive a shipping quote. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
​
Delivery within the Netherlands generally takes place within 1 - 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

The risk of damage or loss remains with Nicole Schyns until the moment of actual delivery to the specified delivery address.
​
Picking up the artwork in person from Nicole Schyns’ studio is possible by appointment. In this case, shipping costs do not apply. To schedule an appointment, please use the contact page.

Packaging Materials
​
A sustainable and environmentally conscious approach is of great importance. This is reflected not only in the artwork itself, but also in its packaging. Natural and recyclable materials are used to protect the artwork during transport.
​
Returns
​
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork and return it without providing a reason.
​
You will receive a refund of the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.
​
If the artwork has been damaged or used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, a reduction in value may be charged.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, provided that the artwork has been received in good condition or proof of return shipment has been supplied.

Exception – Commissioned Artwork
​
An artwork created specifically on commission and according to the buyer’s individual wishes is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. The sale becomes final upon successful payment.
